HaloCPR is a training and practice tool. It is not a certified medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. The scores and feedback provided are for educational purposes only.
Not a Substitute for Certified Training
Using HaloCPR does not constitute certified CPR training. We strongly encourage all users to complete an accredited CPR certification course from a recognised provider such as the American Heart Association, Red Cross, or equivalent organisation in your country. HaloCPR is designed to supplement — not replace — formal training.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety while using HaloCPR. Practice on an appropriate surface and be aware of your physical surroundings. HaloCPR and HaloSafe are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use of this application.
Service Provided As-Is
HaloCPR is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate in all circumstances.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms, abusing the service, or engaging in any activity that may harm HaloCPR or its users. You may also delete your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
